Return Policy
Your Satisfaction Guaranteed
We prioritize your satisfaction. If you are not happy with our teas, please let us know within 14 days of receipt.
For orders picked up from our warehouse, the refund request must also be made within 14 days of the order being ready for pickup.
Returning an Item
To initiate a return, email our customer service team at hello@sogud4u.com. To facilitate a swift return process, please include the following information:
- Order number
- Invoice number
- Brief reason for the return
Non-Returnable Items
While most of our products are returnable, there are some exceptions:
- Sample sizes, including 'Sampler Packs Collections,' due to their low value relative to return costs.
- Opened products that are not defective. We offer sample sizes to help you decide before purchasing larger quantities.
- Custom blends, as these are tailored specifically for you.
- Special order items, custom-sourced ingredients, teabag fabric, and labels, which are non-refundable.
Issues with Your Order
Despite our efforts to ensure your order arrives correctly and intact, errors and damages can occur. Please email us immediately if you receive incorrect, damaged, or incomplete items. Such issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.
Changing Your Mind
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order:
- If we are out of stock, a full refund or credit will be issued.
Refund Process
When returning an item, you can choose to receive either a gift certificate or a refund to your original payment method. Please note that processing refunds may take up to three business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
